On the next page, you can adjust quantities before selecting Proceed to Checkout.
You’ll then be guided to our secure checkout to complete your details and payment.
Please note: Once a tracking number has been issued, changes to the order are no longer possible. This allows us to dispatch orders quickly and efficiently.
Delivery costs
RESTED offers free delivery on all orders.
Can I track my order?
Yes — all orders are shipped with a tracking number.
You’ll receive an email with your tracking link as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Please allow a short time for tracking updates to become visible.
How long does delivery take?
We process orders as quickly as possible.
Orders placed on weekdays are typically prepared within 24 hours.
As our products are carefully sourced and shipped from trusted partners, average delivery times are 5–14 business days.
Not home during delivery?
If you’re not available at the time of delivery, the courier may leave your parcel in a safe place or attempt redelivery, depending on local courier policies.
You’ll receive notification with further details if this applies.
Incorrect address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address.
As orders are processed quickly, there is only a limited window to make changes.

Lost or stolen parcels
RESTED is not responsible for parcels lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the courier.
If your tracking status shows Delivered but you have not received your parcel, please contact us promptly.
We will gladly assist you in investigating the issue with the courier.
60-Day Return Guarantee
RESTED offers a 60-day return period from the date you receive your order.
If you decide to return an item, please contact us within this period.
Returned items must be unused, in reasonable condition, and returned with all accessories where possible.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
