If you have received the wrong item, or if your order arrived faulty, please contact us at info@wearerested.com.
We’ll review the issue and make sure it’s resolved promptly.
Returns policy
If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 60 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and suitable for resale.
Once your return has been received and inspected at our returns centre, a refund will be issued for the product price.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for items that show signs of use, have been opened, or are no longer in their original condition.
How to request a return
1. Request your return form
Please email info@wearerested.com to request a return form.
2. Submit the completed form and product photos
After completing the form, please attach clear photos of the item(s) and email everything back to info@wearerested.com.
3. Label your parcel as “Return”
Clearly mark “Return” on the outside of the parcel.
4. Use a tracked postal service
Please send your parcel using a tracked and insured postal service of your choice to ensure safe delivery.
5. Share your tracking details
Email your tracking number to info@wearerested.com so we can monitor the return.

Product condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging

Return postage: RESTED does not offer free returns; return shipping costs are paid by the customer

Secure packaging: Please package items carefully to prevent damage during transit

Tracked service: Always use tracked and insured postage — we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost or damaged in transit
Once your return request has been approved, we will provide you with the correct returns address.
Please do not send returns to the sender’s address shown on the original shipping label, as these parcels cannot be processed.
